Sophie Littlefield
Sophie Littlefield is a writer and advocate for people and families whose stories include serious mental illness. As a granddaughter, daughter, and mother of people with schizoaffective disorder, she has been a multigenerational caregiver and support person for much of her life.
Sophie identifies as neurodivergent, and is interested in attention deficit, mood, sensory and anxiety disorders. She has written dozens of novels for adults and teens, has won Anthony and RT Book Awards, and been shortlisted for Edgar, Barry, Crimespree, Macavity, and Goodreads Choice Awards.
